Description of the problem | "takata recall" since the beginning of 2018 i have received 2 letters from ford concerning the air bag recall. The second letter said that the parts would be available in the third quarter of the year. I spoke to american ford of old bridge nj both through their chat room who told me they would get back to me, which they did not, and i also left a written massage to their service department, again no call back. I waited a few days and called their service department. Two days later a representative did call me back. I explained my concern and told her of the letters from ford saying the parts would be available in the third quarter of 2018; as it is now the fourth quarter, she explained that they must wait for the parts to arrive and that i would be notified when they are available. She had no idea when this may happen. What's my recourse??? |
