Description of the problem | Takata recall i called to schedule my recall to be repaired now that the airbags are available. In asking for transportation until my vehicle is repaired, freedom ford in claypool hill, virginia said it was a half hour job, they only had two loaners and they would not provide me with anything else. Now when i called them 8 months ago when we got a letter telling us that we could get a free rental until the parts came in they didn't want to assist us then either. Hence why i am complaining. This is unsat. |
