Description of the problem | Brakes made hissing sound when pedal was pressed and then had to stomp on the pedal to get the car to stop. The vehicle nearly slid into a busy highway at the intersection because the brakes didn't engage. A certified ford technician at the dealership said the issue was a faulty brake booster that needed replaced. Apparently, this has been a huge issue with many ford models including mine. A simple google search reveals hundreds of complaints about this defective part. Please investigate! This is very dangerous and it's just a matter of time before there is a serious accident. |
