Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford edge. While driving in stop and go traffic on the highway, the brake pedal was depressed and felt abnormal. It took extra effort to stop the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake booster needed replacement. The independent mechanic informed the contact of a manufacturer communication number: csp-13n02 (service brakes). The manufacturer stated that the vehicle did not meet the extended warranty coverage.
