Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford edge. While driving various speeds, the brakes malfunctioned. The contact stated that the brakes made a hissing noise when the issue began. On one occasion, the contact depressed the brake pedal and the pedal traveled to the floorboard.
