Description of the problem | I left the gym i was on a city street and when i pressing on the brake, my vehicle was still moving. Brake pedal was really hard to pressed down. I put a lot of force on the pedal just to slow down before i hit the vehicle in front of me. I put in my vin number to to see if my ford edge was on the recall list for this incident but nothing showed up. Except for complaints from other ford edge drivers saying it did not get fix because of the vin number. I just wondering why it is not. I'm a veteran who has ptsd from a car crash and just want the company to honor what they say. Thanks |
