Description of the problem | The brake booster is failing, causing me to nearly read end people. The peddle is very hard and needs to be pushed to the floor in order to stop. Ford has a customer satisfaction warranty on this part however, ford has declined service, stating that the warranty has expired. I want this part replaced at no charge to me. |
