Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford edge. The contact stated that the brakes did not work properly and traveled to the floorboard when the brake pedal was depressed. The brakes would not stop the vehicle. The contact's spouse had to use excessive force and pump the brakes to stop the vehicle.
