Description of the problem | My car has been at ford service for the past 7 days waiting for parts. This is the second time it's been in for service in the past month. I initially reported exhaust smell in the cabin coming from the air vents. There was a problem with the shifter which they replaced but they told me they couldn't detect the smell or a cause for any smell. I took the car back last week when the exhaust/rotten egg odor continued and the car was making a low drone noise and faltering on acceleration. I was just told this monday (two days ago) that the exhaust smell is part of the problem being reported on the news. I was not aware of what was on the news at all. My car is a 2014 edge. |
