Description of the problem | While my wife was driving home from work, our 2014 ford edge completely shut down. She had no control of anything. Luckily she was able to coast onto the side of the road without being hit from the rear. In the dash, the "wrench" icon displayed with a message alerting her to see manual. It has been 3yrs to the date since we've purchased the car and nothing like this has ever happened. This seems to be an issue that was happening to other ford edge's in 2013. As ford is about safety, i'm personally outraged that this issue is still happening with no resolve. What if she had gotten hurt; what if she had hurt someone else due to this issue. |
