Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford edge. The contact stated that the vehicle experienced a complete loss of power and took numerous attempts to restart the dealer diagnosed that the software needed to be reset. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred approximately five times. The "service the advancetrak" and "see manual" messages illuminated.
