Description of the problem	I purchased a 2015 ford edge titanium on april 23, 2015. Around february 2016, i began noticing and hearing the vehicle make a loud noise (raring up of the engine} when in the park position or when driving. The noise appears louder when in the park position. I took the vehicle to the ford dealership where i purchased it to have it inspected and was informed it was normal for the vehicle to do that. The noise became worse so i took the vehicle back again. On march 3, 2016, i was then informed it was the cooling fan. The cooling fan was supposedly replaced. However, today the vehicle is doing the same thing. To hopefully get a solution to this problem i filed a complaint with ford motor company. I was referred to the person over my district and have followed their recommendations but still to no avail. After every service visit i"m being told they can't find anything wrong and that the noise is normal. I requested for a ford technician to come out and inspect the vehicle on june 8, 2016. As of today, june 25, 2016, i am still waiting to have my vehicle inspected by a ford technician. I have videos of the vehicle making the same noise before the cooling fan was replaced and after it was replaced. I have also shared both videos with ford and the dealership's service supervisor. I am afraid each time i drive the vehicle because i don't know if it will blow up or not because the noise is just that loud. I just want the vehicle repaired.
