Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford edge. While driving 48 mph, the contact noticed that the vehicle began to vibrate and a loud thumping sound was heard within the vehicle. The vehicle was driven to the dealer (sheehy ford lincoln of richmond, 10601 midlothian turnpike, richmond, va 23235), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and suggested a few different options to try on the vehicle to see if any would remedy the failure. The dealer stated that none of the options were helpful in repairing the vehicle. The dealer informed the contact that they did not know how to repair the failure.
