Description of the problem | Grabbing brakes - known brake booster issue - brakes grab a low speeds and if you don't relax your foot on the brake pedal the brakes could lock up causing an unsafe condition. The following information is referenced - nhtsa #10081005. In some cases via forum comments, the brake booster was replaced and the problem was solved however, this is not applied consistently across ford dealership service departments (autonation ford littleton). This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the vehicle new at the dealership noted above |
