Description of the problem | The panoramic sunroof has developed a crack. A simple google search will show this is a common problem with this year. According to the dealer, the crack was caused by an impact. I am not able to see any impact damage. These windows are supposed to be stronger than steel. If i have to worry about a 200lb glass roof collapsing on top of me, that needs to be fixed. For refuses to acknowledge this as a defect and puts it off on the consumer. A safety recall should be issued. |
