Description of the problem | Rear roof glass has now cracked for a second time. Spider-like veins. Insurance claim covered the first repair, but clearly the manufacturer has an issue based on the number of complaints about this problem. Couldn't tell you when or how it happened, but there is no visible damage (i. E. Rock, etc.) that could have caused the breakage. Ford needs to address this issue. |
