Description of the problem	For the second time in less then 2 years our panoramic sunroof has cracked completely. Not just a single crack but the entire window has cracks. The first time the ford technician said he could see where a rock or something hit the window. Well i have not taken this in yet but i'm sure it will be the same excuse. I am not sure when it cracked as we don't always have the sunroof open and don't always have the shade open either. So how and when it occurred are not clear. I know that we never heard anything that would have made us want to check to see if it was ok either. The strange thing is that the windshield had a couple of small little star shape cracks that have never gotten worse in the 4 years we have owned the car. But the sunroof seems to crack very easily.
