Description of the problem | Internal leak from oil valve/switch allowed fumes to leak into the car for months and months and exposed the driver to toxins; blood work revealed high levels of mtbs; symptoms include extreme exhaustion, vision and cognitive problems, balance issues itchy skin, and more. First, the fumes should never leak into the car, second, the ford service department said it was ok to drive while they ordered a part, and it was not ok to drive because it was poisoning the driver. The car has now been fixed, the driver's recovery is ongoing. |
