Description of the problem | My 2016 ford edge started rough starting for a couple of weeks and then the engine light came on. Had the car scanned #2coil pack issue. Replaced spark plugs. Lasted a week. Engine light back on with rough start and when i would go from a stop it would hesitate. Scanned again #2 coil pack . Replace #2 coil pack . Lasted almost a week. Engine light back on same problems. Replaced all the coil packs. Lasted 1 day. Then car overheated on the highway . I took it to the dealership to find out it needs an engine. Coolant is leaking into the #2 cylinder. Car has 116,000 miles and ford will not cover any of the repair. |
