Description of the problem | Started with intermittent "adaptive steering fault. Service required" warning which now is constant. I took the car to the dealer (capitol ford in san jose ca) and they told me they had no time to look at the problem now and to make a service appointment. I called to make a service appointment on march 28 2017. The earliest they could see the car is may 8 2017. See the ford edge forum http://www. Fordedgeforum. Com/topic/21044-adaptive-steering-fault/ for details about this problem. I'm not the only one having this problem. Does california have a lemon law to protect customers that buy faulty new automobiles? I can't believe i have to leave the car set for over a month to have ford service look at the problem. |
