Description of the problem | Vehicle was parked in my garage overnight. The next morning i pulled the car out of garage and turned it on to warm up. I then drove my son down to the bus stop (about 4 houses down on a residential street) and heard noses we thought was ice falling off vehicle. Realized the whole back window was completely shattered and falling off. Completed an insurance claim and had to pay deductible to have window replaced. The safelite technician that completed the replacement stared this was the 4th ford edge he's had to replace the back window on this past year from the window shattering. |
