Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford escape. Upon attempting to change a bulb within the liftgate door, the contact was unable to access the light to change the bulb. In addition, there was no manual option internally and no option to use a fob to open the liftgate hatch, which failed to open and secure when opened.
