Description of the problem | While driving on new jersey turnpike, car lurched and no longer had any gas acceleration capability, while in four lanes of heavy traffic. Carefully maneuvered into right breakdown lane and brought car to a stop. When stopped, vehicle lurched and sputtered until key was turned off. Once turned back on, car started normally. The issue occurred 4 more times during the trip. This was an extreme safety issue and highly stressful to our family. |
