Description of the problem | When trying to accelerate, the engine sounds rough. The engine won't accelerate when this occurs. A small wrench icon lights up on the dashboard. I have to pull over, turn off the vehicle, then restart it. It then sounds and drives normally, until the next time this occurs, which can be only days later. It is likely a defective throttle body. I have seen many mentions of this same problem on the internet. It should be a recall. |
