Description of the problem | I have been a ford owner for years, and this is the first complaint i am filing. My 2010 ford escape suddenly lost all power and i had to pull it to the side of the road. It restarted and resumed driving normally. The next day i took it to the dealer and was told it was the electronic throttle body. Since i was on the interstate outside a major city, i feel this is a real safety hazard. I had no ability to power the vehicle other than its own momentum. I really want to see this part recalled! |
