Description of the problem | I had the recall 14s05c done in february to "fix" the potential electric power steering problem by reprogramming the pscm and ipc modules. Now in september i started my car and the steering just stopped working. Towed it to the dealer and they said the steering column and power steering needs to be replaced for a cost of $1,350. I sure hope ford will pay for this. I mean, what's the point of a recall service if it doesn't fix the problem. |
