Description of the problem | I received a recall letter for my 2010 escape concerning the electrical power steering system. When the car was taken to the dealer there were no codes but they "reprogrammed" the sensor. Now two years later the torque sensor has gone bad cause the power steering to stop work while driving. When i go back to the dealer they say they wont do anything since it was reprogrammed already. The safety issue still exist. |
