Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford escape. While driving various speeds, the steering wheel seized and became difficult to turn right or left. The vehicle was taken to gurley leep ford motor dealer, but was not diagnosed due to the diagnostic fee. The contact then took the vehicle to gate chevy world dealer in mishawaka, in where it was diagnosed that the steering wheel column needed to be replaced and the software needed to be updated.
