Description of the problem | On three occasions, the power steering has gone out in the middle of turning, once on a street and twice in parking lots. Each occasion was during cold weather (generally around freezing). On each time, shifting the car into neutral then turning the car off and on again before re-engaging the transmission resulted in the power steering returning. |
