Description of the problem | Failure of the steering torque sensor b2278. When driving or idling, the steering wheel will turn by itself as the steering torque sensor fails. Ford dealership closed the recall without performing the replacement of the sensor based on remedies recommended in recall 14s05. Ford refuses to acknowledge that their recall was not completed correctly and will not honor recall to replace failing sensor |
