Description of the problem | I have a 2010 ford escape. The car jerks when accelerating. Feels like you're getting hit from the back. Ford authorized dealership been trying to get it fixed for about two years now claiming that the faulty parts are replaced/fixed. Now my extended warranty has expired and i still have the same problem. This is a safety issue if the vehicle jerks and have to look around. |
