Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford escape. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph, the check wrench light illuminated and the vehicle lost power. The vehicle was moved to the shoulder and restarted where it began to function properly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection and they stated that the throttle body needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that the vehicle was not included in any recalls. The failure mileage was 57,000. ..
