Description of the problem | I was driving on the parkway and suddenly started losing speed, like there was no gas getting in, and the wrench light went on. I was lucky enough to be able to pull over and turn the car off. It started up again and i was able to get back home and apprehensively drove it to the dealer 2 days later. It took them 2 days to figure it out but they said it was the throttle body and it was back ordered. They gave me no time frame on when i might expect the part in so at the moment it's still at the dealer. I'm lucky enough to have another car to use but i doubt they'll give me a loaner car for weeks and weeks or however long it takes to get the part in. There needs to be a recall because i refuse to drive an unsafe vehicle! |
