Description of the problem | This complaint involves the spontaneous explosion of the rear cargo door window in a 2010 ford escape. The explosion occurred for no apparent reason. My family members suffered very minor cuts and scratches. Some of our personal property was ruined by the millions of glass slivers that went everywhere. The vehicle was owned by budget car rental, so i do not know what the cost of repair was, since they ultimately did not hold me liable. I prepared a complaint with a lot of details that is over 5000 characters long. I do not want to re-write it here. Please contact me and tell me how to send the entire document, if you need it. |
