Description of the problem	I was traveling during the holidays and went to a car wash. When the attendant went to close the rear lift gate the back window glass exploded outward and completely shattered. I have had the window replaced at my expense with the revised window components listed in the ford tsb 11-2-9. The car wash provided me with security camera footage of the incident.
