Description of the problem | Tl* the consumer owns a 2012 ford escape. The consumer stated that while driving 65 mph, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact was able to park on the side of the road. When the vehicle was turned off and restarted, the vehicle was able to drive to its destination. The consumer stated that the failure recurred on november 11, 2019.
