Description of the problem | On january 6, 2018, i drove home from my job 10 miles away. When i took i-95, my ford escape 2014 turn off and continued moving in the middle lane. I managed to reach the central separator until it stopped completely. When i tried to start the car over, i felt a burnt smell, due to that fact i decided to leave my ford scape 2014 and realized that it got suddenly on fire. As a proof, the incident was recorded by the local newscast. It's imperative for me a solution from ford considering that i still owe 19. 000. 00 to the bank. |
