Description of the problem | My battery died. It was jumped and working, but the car was not drivable because the 'hot engine' message was on. It was towed to firestone. They put a new battery in, but the 'hot engine ' light was still on. I found a recall about the coolant system on the internet. 17s09. The car was towed to huntersville ford dealership. They have had it for 24 hours and have not called or returned my calls. |
