Description of the problem | Shifter cable broke. We were unable to shift transmission after pulling vehicle in parking spot. We had to have vehicle towed to repair facility and have shifter cable replaced at a costs of $526. 40. We also have another outstanding complaint filed for wiring harness being too short and we had to pay for new splices that our vin was not covered by a current recall. We ask that nhtsa looking into the status of that complaint for our refund as well as this one that there again appears to be a current recall for, just not for our vin. |
