Description of the problem | Backing out of a parking space. Shifted transmission into drive . Vehicle continued backing up. Indicator on dash still read reverse. Put vehicle in park. Turned off engine. Vehicle could still roll. Called tow truck. Ford dealer found shift cable broken at trans mount. Installed new shift cable inter lock bushing and cover.
