Description of the problem | Both rear doors on my 2014 ford escape suddenly stopped opening either from the inside or the outside thereby trapping the people in the back seat without a way to exit the car. This happened suddenly. Yesterday the doors worked fine then today broken. Nothing changed with the vehicle.... No accidents or abuse of any kind. Car was located in my driveway. |
