Description of the problem | The drivers side wiper blade, sticks at top up position and then will snap down. It will also stop occasionally mid position on way down and oscillates before completing down stroke. Makes for extremely dangerous driving conditions when wiper stops in middle of site line and oscillates. Issue has occurred while driving and during stationary parked. Blades are new. Windshield is clean. Windshield was wet with rain water. |
