Description of the problem | I took my car for recall on cooling system to republic ford in springfield,missouri on april1st and pick it up on april 4th on april 10th alert come up low on antifreeze so i took my car back to the service department ( kris bishop) service advisor and i explain to him my problem waited about 30 minutes and i told me i am ready to go and the problem fixed. I trusted him when i went home and checked the antifreeze level was and still under the minimum. I called the dealer shop and the lady who answer the call transfer my all to service ring for good 5 minutes and lost the call. If the location of the antifreeze storage easy to get to it i just go buy some and refill it my self. I understand my vehicle is not bought from them and i use them for my oil change doesn |
