Description of the problem | When driving my 2014 ford escape the vehicle will hesitate and has stalled. This happens when going from a stop and transitioning from 1st and 2nd gear. It sounds very similar to recall number 14v495000 but my vehicle was not covered. These hesitations have caused other drivers on the road to have to slam on their breaks and the vehicle stalled once while making a left hand turn almost resulting in a collision. Thankfully the other driver slammed on their breaks avoiding an accident. This happens every rime we drive this vehicle and when ford was asked abkut it they could care less. We have been told by ford it is not their problem. |
