Description of the problem | While driving done the road, a loud pop was heard. My 3 year old pointed to the panoramic sunroof and said look. It had fallen inward on the back of the glass while the front of the glass stayed attached, cracking the glass. Pieces of glass fell into the back seat and all in my sons lap. Ford has had recalls on certain vin numbers but not mine, epoxy being mixed incorrectly causing glass to become separated. |
