Description of the problem | Ford sync system - continues to freeze and not function. Navigation system freezes up and/or doesn't work at times. Phone system shows you on a call when you are not. Multiple times not working and is supposed to be hands free. Have had the system replaced and updated and still doesn't work properly or as advertised.
