Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford explorer. The contact noticed an abnormal odor through the vents when the air conditioner or heater was activated. The contact also noticed a loud noise coming from the area of the exhaust while fumes consumed the interior of the vehicle for years.
