Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford explorer. While driving, the steering wheel seized and the power steering assist warning indicator illuminated. The contact was able to coast the vehicle to the side of the road and powered off the engine. The vehicle was restarted and was able to drive normally. However, the repair did not correct the failure. In addition, while making turns, the steering wheel became difficult to turn and the power steering assist warning indicator illuminated.
