Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford explorer. The contact stated while driving 40 mph, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with needing the rack and pinion replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
