Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford explorer. The contact stated that the back up camera periodically blacked out. The contact stated that the failure occurred for at least six months. The vehicle was taken to newins bay shore ford (219 w main st, bay shore, ny 11706), but was not diagnosed because there was a fee. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 53,000. *bf consumer stated i bought this because i can only turn my neck a limited amount and really liked the camera for backing up. At any time in the middle of a backed the camera will go blank leaving me standed, i have contacted ford headquarters. *jb |
